WHY I DO WHAT I DO

Ever since I can remember, I have had an inherent interest in human emotions and behaviour. Before the days of podcasts, I consumed any form of literature on human psychology, from the classics of Freud, through to modern day social psychologists, to CBT, mindfulness and everything in between. I threw fuel to my passion and studied BSc Psychology at Southampton University.

After graduating, I took on a high-pressured job in the city where my personal measures of success were sales and commission. After 4 years in the city, working for the top-performing sales team in the world’s largest IT services company, I realised that although I looked “successful” on paper, I was not happy and in fact I was ignoring my most basic needs - rest, personal nutrition, and movement - this took a dramatic toll on my health.

I took a year out to travel the world alone and do voluntary work, which helped me recalibrate and build some perspective. I made the decision to return to London add to my qualifications and pursue a career in something I am passionate about - wellbeing.

During the last 3 years, my team of trainers and I have had the pleasure of working with amazing individuals day in, day out watching them grow and transform their lives. The corporate side of the business works with teams ranging from anything between 10-10000+ employees and now operates globally with clients including American Express, Snapchat and CDW, assisting them in all areas of employee mental and physical wellbeing.

My love and appreciation for health and fitness, from both a physical and mental perspective, has only ever grown since starting my own businesses. Nothing could be more rewarding for me than seeing the changes and transformation in my clients as well as working with virtual and physical rooms full of people looking to optimise their days, harness their happiness and take control of their lives.

“Bianca listened to what I wanted, she tailored exercises for me and if I was feeling lacklustre she supported me through until I found my own mojo again. She believed in me when I didn’t want to believe in myself and made me have some form of accountability where before I had none. It is like having your own personal cheerleader”
