My coaches and I are fully qualified Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainers. This covers all areas such as indoor spinning, group exercise, circuit training, exercise referral, sports conditioning, boxing and outdoor exercise training. I am also qualified to train individuals with conditions such as diabetes and obesity, as well as to train pre/post-natal women. 121 Training is available across London’s top personal training studios or the comfort of your own home.

Fat loss & weight management - There are many factors that affect a person’s ability to lose body fat. We assess sleeping patterns, stress management, lifestyle choices, with the option for hormonal profiling and tailored nutrition plans to maximise the ability to promote fat loss for our clients. The physical training focuses on maximising the visual definition effects of the muscle group that we want to focus on and the nutritional advice / meal plans are created to assist these training programmes in order to achieve results.
Muscle building - Using science to create our clients’ programmes and through understanding exactly how our bodies break down our tissue and rebuild it means we know how to give you the most chance of lean tissue gains.
Postural correction - Our postural assessments, including measurements of spinal curvature, pelvic tilts and shoulder alignment, mean we can understand which areas of the body need to be targeted and then can create corrective programmes via strength and stretching sessions to allow you to move in your own skin more freely.
Cardiovascular fitness - Set heart rates zones and app based assistance in our sessions allow for us to see the science behind your sessions and therefore we can work on building up your CV fitness as efficiently as possible.
Pre and post natal - We have worked with huge numbers of women at all stages of their pregnancy and post pregnancy, we understand the stress the female body goes under during this time and the whole host of physical, biological and hormonal changes that occur. Each trimester presents different challenges and this is always reflected in your programme. We have the knowledge to safely guide you through your journey and your safety is our number one priority.
Sports conditioning - Each athlete’s needs will be based around their sport. We build our programmes using variables such as movement patterns, loads, volume etc. These plans are then timetabled to fit in with the athletes’ seasons and requirements.
